Dilima supports private companies and Government agencies by improving business performance, efficiency, and profitability. Drawing from our extensive past experience and our proprietary library of proven project plans and templates, we manage each project by phase, and we tailor the project life cycle to the type of project and the specific needs and objectives of the organization. The primary components of the Project Management Life Cycle (PMLC) iteratively under each phase include:
• Planning – Dilima emphasizes a clear understanding and definition of project requirements and scope, leading to the development of the WBS/OBS.
• Performance – Dilima manages task execution and tracking; risk, quality, and cost issue-reporting; and status communication to stakeholders.
• Accountability – Dilima conducts formalized reviews of work in progress, schedule performance, and final deliverable reviews and acceptance.
